Echo Muhammad

The Echo Effect
Self-Love Advocate

Echo is the founder of The Echo Effect and creator of The Favor Factor, a transformational coaching experience designed to help high-achieving Black women return to self-love, confidence, and embodied living. She works with women who are outwardly successful but internally depleted, guiding them to release burnout patterns, rebuild self-trust, and realign with who they are beyond roles and expectations.

Her approach blends mindset work, spiritual alignment, and embodiment practices to support lasting internal transformation. Echo helps her clients move from self-abandonment to self-prioritization by strengthening boundaries, deepening self-worth, and reconnecting with their bodies and feminine energy.

Through this process, women begin to experience greater clarity, emotional stability, and alignment in their personal lives, relationships, and overall well-being.

Through coaching, digital resources, and immersive retreat experiences, Echo creates supportive environments where women can slow down, be honest with themselves, and do the deeper inner work required for sustainable change. Her work is rooted in personal empowerment and practical application, guiding women to stop performing, start living in alignment, and embody a more confident, grounded, and self-led version of themselves.
